Who's bought and paid for now? Isn't this really about the state ending auto payroll deductions for union....?

Why should the State pay their employees to administer the payroll deductions from other State employees to send the money to a union who does not have the best interest of the State in mind. And yes there will be a loss of membership in the union, because a lot of people do not want to belong and figure they can find a better use for the dues. Additionally, when the members have to write a check to the union, each pay period, that check writing will get old fast and the union doesn't want to have to chase down the members for money.
