Umm idk help meee..pregnant.?

okay i havent had my period in 45 days. nd 3 days ago i started gettin bad stomach aches and gagging in the morning. today was the first time in the 3 days i threw up. buh today im spotting a little . im getting test probably tomorow or the day after but i was just wondering what you more experienced people have to say. thanks =]
