What one must do if anybody is not satisfied with the decision given by commissioner of RTI?

Right To Information Act 2005 has been enforced in India for the purpose of eliminating corruption in public life. Many times clear cut answers are not received and appeal is made to central information commission (CIC). If any body is not satisfied with the decision of Information Commissioner on appeal than what next course of action should be taken by any RTI Activist. Whether complaint of Information Commissioner can also be made, If yes to whome?
