What are some basic functions of Adobe GoLive?

I reciently discovered Adobe GoLive in my CS2... i'm very good with photoshop and fairly good at illustrator but I have no idea what to do with GoLive but would love to learn!!!! I'm pretty well informed on CSS and HTML and from what I understand that is what it is used for... any advice??
