Anyone know what this cartoon is called?

I can't really remember, but I used to watch it when i was really young. And they used to show it on Cartoon Network all the time. I think it was called like Oh Canada or something and they used to have these really strange/eerie cartoons but it was interesting and I would like to watch it again. Anyone know what show i'm talking about?
