We need a miracle, please read, can anybody help us??

My boy friends dad was rushed to the hospital on tuesday night after pulling his scooter over to a gas station because he felt a pressure in his chest. He then began vomiting blood profusely and called 911. upon getting to the hospital he kept on vomiting up more blood than ive ever seen . The doctor came in and tole us he had chronic liver disease and possibly cirrhosis of the liver, which caused him to develop what they cal bleeding varices in his esophagus. They had to sedate him to keep him from throwing up more blood, put him on a ventilator and tried doing a surgery called TIPS which was unsuccsesful. Today is now friday. they believe the bleeding has stopped, he has no more fever, hes able to hold up his blood pressure with less and less medication... only problem, his blood count, or hemoglobin level keeps going down. it is now 5.2 and started at 8.5 on tuesday night. they are calling in a blood specialist today because they dont know why its going down so much or why hes not producing more. He is a jehovah's witness and won't let them give a blood transfusion which would probably save his life, but we must respect his wishes. He has a HUGE family and we are all there 24 hrs a day basically praying and hoping. We live in sarasota florida. we need some help, the doctor is being very mean because hes used to saving peoples lives with the use of others blood, now he faces this challenge, and just cant do it. Any doctors out there?!! have any sugestions?
