Do you think there is a Cure for cancer?

Ok mainly all i do is answer reptile related questions on this site. I study reptiles. I would like to ask if anyone else thinks that there is a cure for cancer that the Government is hiding so that they can bring in all the money for the cost of Chemotherapy and radiation. Almost 50% of the medical fields money comes in from cancer patients. Every one is likely to develop cancer someday and somehow because of the world we live in. What do you think? Serious answers only you Immature ones can go somewhere else.
