Is it possible for a werewolf to truely love a vampire?

i have evidence showing that a real werewolf and vampire have fallen in love, however i've always thought it wasn't possible do to not only their different natures but because a vamp's bite can kill a wolf and vice versa. so is it possible? i've heard of weirder thing children trust me, lol.
