Ligament pain! Any painkillers for that?

I'm 15 weeks pregnant almost 16 weeks and I still get bad round ligament pain! This is my first child but my baby is pretty big cuz i get ligament pain all the time and I saw how big in my sonogram. Any painkillers for the pain??
