Is god really all knowing?...?

If, as the bible states, god is all knowing then how can he possibly feel emotions such as anger and jealousy? It is said that god knows all of us even before we were in the womb. He is said to know everything you will ever do. He is all knowing. Then how can any of uo possibly make him angry or jealous if he already knew what we were going to do? Isnt it impossible to excercise free will if your creator already knows everything you will ever do? He is said to have a purpose for us all then how are we really excercising free will under these conditions?
