If a WMD went off on U.S. Soil, Would the public support a military draft, would you turn me in for dodging?

Say a WMD Goes off in a U.S. City, or a few cities, Would the public support a military draft? If the answer is yes, I will be dodging, by hiding out in america, would you turn me in? Do you think other people would turn me in? Or would i have to goto canada or switzerland?
