Dog being sick!! HELP PLEASE?

My dog vomited this morning and has been fine all day except she refused a treat earlier. she ate her breakfast after being sick. In the past 2 hours she has been sick about 6 times, now it is just bile. She keeps crying to go out but she goes straight to the gr and eats it and vomits almost straight away. I have put her in her crate (which is v large) and she is still vomiting even though I won't let her have the gr. I offered her some food and she ate a little and it came literally straight back up. What should I do? Does she need to see a vet or is this something which will p?
