Does anyone cough and then feel like they pulled a rib cage muscle & a muscle near your private area?

Once in a while I get one of those cough where i cough and my muscles on the right side of my stomach and i think rectum muscle pulls from a strong cough.... i get these once in a while, btw im sick..... so.... anyone know what this is about and what it's called?
