Any doctors out there please help- doctors said mother may have myeloma- blood tests came back ok?

What does this mean? Her bloodwork was normal for a diabetic. She has an appointment with the oncologist next week. I am very nervous because it is taking so long for the doctors to meet with her. It's been 3 weeks already. I am very worried.
