What would happen if everyone in the world were paid equally for any job they did??IS Equality possible?

I believe in a world without Geographical Boundaries and where each and every human is treated the same. Though money and equality have changed places and there is so much of chaos, I believe that we have the power to put LOVE back in its place and bring peace and harmony back to our Mother Earth!!
